embodied liberation mentor, facilitator, teacher 

i have offered professional mentoring and facilitation services to clients in the public, private, and non-profit settings since 2012. i offer services from leadership development to instructional solutions . my work focuses on curating the causes and conditions for individual and collective embodied liberation. i do this work as a mentor, facilitator, and a  teacher.

 

i have earned two masters: a master's in theological studies from harvard in indigenous traditions, and a master's in education from umass in boston in secondary english language arts through boston teacher's residency program. i am a trained 200-hour hatha yoga teacher. my undergrad is in theatre with a minor in english. over 20 years ago, i began my personal buddhist practices. in 2016 i began practicing with  with lama rod owens and continue to practice with him and lama justin at bhumisparsha. i am black nipmuc.
